2024 BACK 2 SCHOOL BASH
REGISTRATION
Begins June 25 at 9 am
Ends July 17 at 6 pm

Eligible:

  • Grades Pre-K through 12th grade

    • Pre-K (must be 4 years old by August 1st)

  • Attending public school in Brazoria County

 

Students are provided with backpacks filled with school supplies, Hygiene Kits, and Tennis Shoes. Local organizations will set up a Resource Table on Registration and Event day to distribute additional resources to parents.

ALL PARENTS MUST COMPLETE THE PARENT REQUEST FORM FIRST!

  • Complete Parent Request Forms on this page beginning  June 25, 2024 at 9 am  and will CLOSE July 17, 2024 at 6 pm CLOSED

  • If we have all of your information (income, address verification, and birth certificates for each child) on file, you will be sent an email with a link to complete the B2SB registration.

 

  • If we do not have all of your information on file, you will receive a phone call to set up an appointment to register. Please bring the following items:

    • Photo ID for Parent

    • Income and address verification

    • A Birth Certificate for each child registering

  • A Parent Request Form is NOT a completed Back 2 School Bash Registration!

  • If you need to check the status of your Parent Request please email: b2sb@bcdreamcenter.org including your full name and number of children.

The BCDC BACK 2 SCHOOL BASH (B2SB) provides school-age children with everything they need to start the first day of school just like everyone in their class. The Brazoria County Dream Center has been serving Brazoria County children through the B2SB since 2008 with the right tools so they can succeed in school. In 2022, we provided supplies to 1,330 children. In 2023, we had the privilege to provide school supplies to 1,644 students with the help of our sponsors.

 

We purchase items in bulk for the best prices so we order in May for a June delivery date. We begin filling backpacks, and hygiene bags, every Tuesday. We set up the shoe store on July 30 - August 1.

The event is on August 3, 2024. Volunteers are the key to the success of this program. To schedule your group to volunteer to fill bags or the day of the event go to https://www.bcdreamcenter.org/group-volunteers
