RESOURCES

Connecting neighbors to food, healthcare, housing support, crisis assistance, and technology access in one location.

No family should have to choose between putting food on the table, paying rent, filling a prescription, or meeting other basic needs. At the Brazoria County Dream Center, we bring programs and community partners together in one location to help reduce those barriers and connect our neighbors with the support they need.
