Through the Dream Pantry, our Senior Home Deliveries program provides monthly pantry food deliveries to homebound seniors age 70 and older across Brazoria County. This program helps seniors who face transportation barriers, mobility challenges, or limited access to food continue receiving nutritious food with dignity and connection.
